The American bipartisan system is broken. It serves private interests — corporations, foreign governments, and billionaires — instead of the people who live under it. The Reclamation Party is built differently: a party by Americans, funded by Americans, accountable only to Americans.
The Democratic and Republican parties take billions from corporations, PACs, billionaires, and foreign-influence operations — and then write the rules that govern those same actors.
That isn't a partisan problem. It is a design problem. As long as both parties share that design, neither can deliver a government that works for the people who live under it.
The Reclamation Party is the only national party that structurally cannot replicate that failure — because we wrote it out of our DNA in 2021.

Not a single dollar from corporations, corporate PACs, trade associations, or any entity whose interests aren't the public's. Not now. Not ever.
American elections are decided by Americans. Period. No foreign governments, no foreign-influence operations, no shell companies, no exceptions.
Only U.S. citizens donate. Only U.S. citizens join. And every citizen participates in transparent party decision-making.
Our full platform will be written and ratified by the members. These six policies are the foundations we begin with — the planks that prove this party isn't here to manage the status quo.
No individual amasses more wealth than the GDP of most nations. Wealth above $1 billion is leveraged by The People's Federal Bank — using the same financial mechanisms billionaires already use to borrow against their assets, with no forced sell-offs. The bank is run by the people, for the people, putting that leverage to work funding healthcare, education, and housing instead of more billionaire yachts.
Overturn Citizens United. End corporate PAC spending in federal elections. Make political money traceable to its actual source — no more dark-money shell games. If a corporation can't vote, it shouldn't be allowed to outspend the people who can.
American elections decided by Americans. Close every loophole that lets foreign governments, sovereign wealth funds, and shell-company intermediaries buy influence in our politics. Tougher enforcement, real penalties, mandatory disclosure of every dollar's origin.
Every American gets healthcare. Not a market. Not a means test. Not a co-pay calculator. A right, period. Medicare negotiates prescription drug prices directly — the way every other developed country does — so no American pays $300 for insulin that costs $6 to make.
No federal official profits from the laws and decisions they make. Full ban on individual stock trading — including spouses, dependents, and so-called "blind" trusts that aren't actually blind — for members of Congress, the President and Vice President, the executive administration, and the Supreme Court.
No more careers built on incumbency. Term limits for members of Congress so power rotates instead of calcifying. Reasonable maximum age limits for federal elected officials so the people writing the laws aren't decades removed from the country they live in. Public service was never meant to be a lifetime appointment.
The Reclamation Party isn't a startup. It is a federally registered political party that's been quietly building its foundation since 2021 — and is now ready to do the loud part.
Five years of FEC compliance. A founding team that has refused every dollar of corrupting money. A new Advisory Board guiding the build-out. The infrastructure to win — competently, lawfully, at scale — is in place.
